How to Enroll at Wise Scholars
We are excited that you’re considering Wise Scholars for your child’s early learning journey. Our enrollment process is simple and designed to support you every step of the way.
Step 1: Schedule a Tour of Your Preferred Location
We encourage all prospective families to visit one of our daycare centers to experience the Wise Scholars difference firsthand.

Step 2: Complete the Online Enrollment Application
Once you’ve selected your preferred center, the next step is to complete our online enrollment form.
After submitting your application, our administrative team will review it and contact you with confirmation of acceptance and your child’s start date.
Step 3: Gather and Submit Required Enrollment Documents
To ensure your child’s health and safety, the following paperwork must be completed before your child’s first day:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization record
- Physical form
- Registration fee
Our team will provide you with a checklist and secure upload instructions after enrollment approval.
What Happens Next?
Once your paperwork is submitted and approved:
- You will receive a welcome packet
- Your child’s classroom placement will be confirmed
- Your start date will be finalized
- You’ll receive information about drop-off procedures and what to bring on the first day
